A little boat ride in the moonlight may sound like a lovely experience, but at Full Moon Lagoon it can quickly turn into a true nightmare. Deep within the dark woods of Spooky Town hides a mysterious lagoon where a huge skull with glowing eye sockets watches over the water. It’s not only the living who take a ride here: skeletons have also found their way to the eerie lagoon, and some of them look like they’ve been here a little too long.

The large rock formation is shaped like a skull, from which a waterfall with purple lighting flows down into the lagoon. Around the water stand gnarled trees with eerie faces, while pumpkins, tombstones and small macabre details complete the gloomy scene. When the model is switched on, light, water and motion create a vivid experience that almost makes the whole area feel possessed by supernatural forces. There is plenty to discover, both around the old cabin and along the shore where the bony visitors linger.

Full Moon Lagoon can become an exciting and different area in your Halloween landscape, where the mysterious lagoon adds variety between the houses, cemeteries and haunted woods of Spooky Town. But if you fancy a trip on the water, first take a look at those already rowing around. They don’t seem in any hurry to come ashore, and perhaps it isn’t their choice at all.
