LuVille Public Urinal

It's busy at the festival grounds, the Christmas market and at the town's many events, and sooner or later most people will need a break. This humorous figure from LuVille depicts a public pissoir where both the town's visitors and Santa himself have found their way for a quick pause. Even the Christmas presents must wait a moment when nature calls.

The scene is filled with amusing details that make it a natural conversation piece in the Christmas town. Santa has parked his beer mug on top of the pissoir and stands in his characteristic heart-patterned boxer shorts as he takes care of the day's necessities. Beside him another guest is occupied with the same. The figure adds humor and a modern wink to the Christmas landscape and shows that even the most practical sides of everyday life have found their way into town.

The pissoir fits in at the festival area, food trucks or the Christmas market where many people gather. Together with the other modern elements from the Molendam series, the figure helps create a lively Christmas landscape filled with activity, everyday scenes and small details that make people smile.

LuVille "Public toilet" is part of LuVilles Molendam series.
