Gold Angel Tealight Holder

A small angel in a warm brass glow can be all that’s needed to add a delicate, nostalgic detail to the Christmas table. This candle holder from Ib Laursen's Gloria series is shaped like an angel with decorative wings, a halo and a cut-out heart at the front. When the tealight is lit, the angel becomes both a candle holder and a Christmas decoration at the same time.

The angel is 6.5 cm high and has a size that makes it easy to place between plates and glasses on the Christmas table. Place one by each setting, or let it stand among evergreen, pine cones and other Christmas decorations along the center of the table. It is also charming on the windowsill, on a shelf or as a small glowing detail in a Christmas display.

The Gloria series from Ib Laursen is characterized by its rustic brass look with patina. The surface is therefore not uniform, smooth or shiny, but has variations and marks that give the metal character. This is an important part of the series' character and makes the angel particularly lovely together with vintage Christmas decorations, natural materials and warm holiday colors.

Brass develops naturally over time and may acquire additional patina. If you wish to polish the surface, brass polish can be used with care. The little angel is decorative both with and without a lit tealight and can be brought out again year after year.
