Julekugle De vise mænd Melchior

Let one of Christmas's most well-known stories find a place among the branches with this glass bauble from Speedtsberg. Here Melchior, one of the Three Wise Men, is interpreted as a colourful and richly detailed Christmas ornament. The elder king with the white beard wears a crown and a beautiful robe in blue, red, white and gold-coloured shades with delicately decorated details.

Melchior is traditionally associated with gold, which was one of the three gifts the Wise Men from the East brought to the baby Jesus. That makes the ornament more than just decoration and also gives the opportunity to bring the story of the Three Wise Men into your Christmas décor.

The bauble is made of glass and measures 16 cm in height. The elongated shape looks beautiful among more traditional round baubles, where the many colours and gold-coloured details really stand out.

Hang Melchior alone on the Christmas tree, or pair him with Casper and Balthazar and let all three Wise Men adorn the branches. They are especially suitable for leaving hung, for example on a branch or wreath, right through to Epiphany (Three Kings' Day).
