Pinecone candle holder for candles, 13.5 cm high, brass

The tall, slender pine-cone shape gives this candle holder from Ib Laursen a striking presence, where the many layers of brass cone scales really come into their own. The holder is part of the Stillenat series and made in the warm expression of the Gloria brass series. With a lit taper candle at the top it almost becomes a small golden Christmas tree, adding both height and living light to your holiday decorations.

The pine-cone candle holder measures 13.5 cm in height and is intended for slim taper candles with a diameter of 1.3 cm. Its height makes it beautiful on the Christmas table, where it can stand among fir branches, baubles and pine cones, but it is just as decorative on a windowsill, on a dresser or as part of a still life with various Christmas ornaments.

The brass intentionally has a lively, rustic look with variations in the surface. You should therefore not expect a completely uniform, mirror-bright brass finish. This is part of the holder’s character and emphasizes its handcrafted expression. Over time the brass may develop a beautiful natural patina. If you prefer it shinier, it can be gently polished with a suitable brass polish.

The pine-cone candle holder is available in several heights, and the series includes models for both taper candles and pillar candles.
