Lamplighter

Lamplighter. A man with a tall hat and a long jacket takes care of city lights before it gets dark on the streets. As part of the "Caddington village" series, it comes in a nice Lemax box. It uses 3 x 1.5 V batteries (AA). The batteries are not included. It can also be connected to a 4.5 V adapter.
