Payment

Reservation of amount

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately. The money will be reserved on your card or account until:

1) We deduct the amount when we ship the item, or
2) the money is released according to the agreement with your card issuer.

Delivery

Delivery time is 1-3 working days.

Around Christmas time and Black Friday, it may take a few more days, but we guarantee that all packages will arrive within a reasonable time.

In the event of backorders or other circumstances where delivery can be expected to be delayed, you will be contacted directly by www.juleeventyr.com.

All orders are subject to shipping costs of at least DKK 45,- incl. VAT. We primarily send packages with GLS and Bring, but other carriers may be used. Timely delivery, however, requires that the carrier adheres to day-to-day delivery. If there are delays with these carriers, this will accordingly delay the delivery in relation to the desired delivery date.

If you are not home to receive the package, it must be picked up at Pakkeshop according to current instructions. The package must be picked up within 7 days, if this is not done, the package will be returned to www.juleeventyr.com. If the item is not picked up, this is considered a cancellation of the purchase, and the item must therefore be ordered again if the customer wants it.

Delivery to the Faroe Islands, Greenland and abroad takes several days. When ordering from countries other than Denmark, the shipping is paid by the recipient.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but these are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

If this concerns an agreement for regular delivery of goods over a certain period, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you receive the first item.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to kundeservice@juleeventyr.com or use the standard cancellation form, which you can find here .

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not get a refund for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.

No right of withdrawal

Please note that donations are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

Return

Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.

The condition of the item when you return it

If the item has lost value and this is due to you using it in a way other than what was intended to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase price back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.

We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a decrease in the value of the item.

Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has diminished in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification that you wish to cancel the agreement.

We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

Please note that returns sent by COD will not be accepted, nor will returns sent to parcel shops. Returns must be sent as a business delivery to the address below.

Complaint

According to the Danish Sales Act, you are entitled to a 24-month right of complaint on all goods when you shop with us as a consumer. The right of complaint means that you as a customer can complain about defects and shortcomings in the product that have arisen 24 months after purchase. However, it is a prerequisite that these shortcomings have not arisen as a result of your incorrect use of the product or other harmful behavior that has caused the defect/fault. If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the product repaired, exchanged, your money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must file a complaint within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect/fault. If you file a complaint within 2 months, the complaint is always considered timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.

If you wish, you can request a return label and we will pay the shipping costs for you. It is strongly recommended that these procedures are followed, as they have been created to ensure you as the end user the fastest and most efficient processing. If the procedures are not followed, it can be expected that the processing time may be significantly extended.

In order to file a complaint, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothing and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.
