Juleeventyr.com offers a 14-day right of withdrawal, effective from the day you receive your goods. The period means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you regret your purchase and wish to return it.
If you wish to return an order or parts of an order, please do the following:
- Send an email or call our customer service and inform us that you want to send us a return package.
- Pack the item securely, please reuse the packaging you received your items in. Remember to enclose the order confirmation.
- Unless there is a complaint, the products must be returned in the same condition as when received. If this is not the case, the loss in value will be offset.
- Deliver and pay for the return shipping to the address: PakkecenterNord, Attn.: Juleeventyr - Retur, Østre fælledvej 11, 9400 Nørresundby. Save the email or get a receipt so you have proof that the return package has been delivered for shipment.
- Once the package is in our hands, the amount for the item will be refunded to the payment method you used for the purchase. Please note that the return package may take a few days to arrive before we receive it.
Returns sent to Pakkeshop or cash on delivery are not accepted.
