Bird in glass with clip Bullfinch

This glass bullfinch with character is a beautiful example of classic German glass craftsmanship from Glasbläserei Thüringer Weihnacht. The bird is mouth-blown in matte glass, giving it a soft and elegant surface that highlights the hand-painted details. The orange-red breast stands as a warm contrast to the grayish back and the deep black head, where small color transitions give the figure a lively and lifelike touch.

The long black tail feathers are real feathers and add both movement and lightness to the bird when placed on a branch or in a wintery decoration. With a total length of 18 cm including tail feathers, the dompa is decorative without appearing dominant on the Christmas tree.
