Baby Gnome with Licorice Candy

The baby gnomes have clearly had their fingers a little too far into the candy bowl, because this season's liquorice confections certainly aren’t used only for eating. The little gnomes have dreamed up all kinds of pranks with the colourful pieces of candy, and the result is a troupe of Christmas figures full of play and good cheer.

You can choose from four different baby gnomes, each with its own amusing pose. Here the liquorice confections are carried on the head, balanced high above the gnome, used under the feet and hauled along in impressive sizes. The bright colours of the sweets pair beautifully with the gnomes’ well-known red and grey outfits.

The baby gnomes are approx. 6 cm tall and made of polyresin with many fine details. They are designed by Susanna Hartmann for Danish Pobra and belong to the nostalgic baby-gnome universe, where everyday little moments often get a humorous gnome twist.

The small size makes the figures perfect for a gnome landscape, where they can create a whole little candy scene among houses, fir trees and other baby gnomes. They can also stand on a decorative dish, a shelf or among the holiday treats on the table.

If you choose several different ones, you can almost create your own little confectionery shop. But it’s probably a good idea to keep an eye on stock when the baby gnomes are in charge of it.
