Lysbakke med kant messing 19 cm i dia

Let the warm brass tone frame your favorite candles and the season’s delicate decorations. This round candle tray from Ib Laursens Gloria-serie has a simple, rustic look that suits both classic and modern interiors. With a diameter of 19 cm there is plenty of room to arrange candles and small decorative details in a cozy display that can easily be changed with the seasons.

The low rim of 1.2 cm frames the tray and gives it a neat, finished appearance. The golden brass surface creates a warm contrast to white pillar candles, green sprigs and natural materials. For example, use the tray for a large pillar candle surrounded by a few decorative stones, or group a couple of smaller candles at different heights to create a lively look.

In December the brass tray is especially nice as a base for an advent candle. There’s room to decorate around the candle with moss, fir, pine cones or small Christmas baubles, so you can create your own cozy Christmas decoration. The golden finish also pairs beautifully with red ribbons and old-fashioned Christmas ornaments if you prefer a more traditional holiday style.

The tray is part of Ib Laursens Gloria-serie, which is characterized by its rustic brass look with small scratches, irregularities and natural variations in the surface. This is part of the series’ distinctive expression and gives the tray a charming, old-fashioned touch. The brass will develop additional patina over time, but if you prefer a shinier surface you can gently polish the tray with a suitable brass polish. The rustic details will, however, remain part of the tray’s appearance.

When Christmas is over, the tray can easily remain on display. Use it with a pillar candle and a small vase of spring flowers, or as a decorative collection of small finds on a dresser. It is also available in a smaller size, so you can combine the two brass trays and create variation in your displays.
