A small red heart is all it takes to give this fabric napkin from Ib Laursens Tradition series its special character. On the calm natural-coloured background the heart is embroidered in cross-stitch in one corner. The classic handcraft-inspired motif evokes old embroideries and homemade Christmas textiles, so it fits beautifully on a traditional Christmas table.

The fabric napkin measures 40 x 40 cm and is made from 100% cotton. Fold the napkin so the small embroidered heart is visible by the plate, or place it under the cutlery and let the heart be the discreet red detail in the table setting. The natural-coloured base is easy to combine with both white and rustic tableware, wood, spruce and candles.

At Christmas the red cross-stitch heart can be paired with red taper candles, baubles and ribbons, but the napkin doesn't have to be brought out only in December. The heart also makes it lovely for Valentine's Day, birthdays and cosy dinners all year round, when the table could use a small loving detail.

The napkin can be machine washed at 40°C and used again and again. The Tradition series also includes tablecloths, so it's possible to create a cohesive table setting with the classic embroidered details.
