Dala horse 16 cm

The Dala horse doesn’t need to hang on the Christmas tree to bring Swedish tradition into your holiday decorations. This version from Pobra stands on its own and measures 16 cm in height, allowing the characteristic shapes and fine patterns to really stand out.

The Dala horse is made of wood and has its roots in Swedish folk art, where the carved and decorated wooden horses have been closely associated with Dalarna for generations. Here the motif is interpreted in classic red and white Christmas colors, making the horse easy to combine with Nordic and nostalgic holiday decorations.

You can choose between 3 different variants. Two are red—with floral and leaf garland patterns respectively—and the white Dala horse is likewise decorated with red leaf garlands. Display a single horse on its own, or combine several patterns and sizes into a small group.

At 16 cm, the Dala horse looks lovely on a dresser, on a windowsill, or among spruce, candlesticks and other Christmas decorations. It can also happily be displayed beyond December if you love Nordic folk art and the classic Dala horse.
