Silent Night Tealight House with Green Shutters

Green shutters, a small Christmas tree by the door and the deep red facade give this Stillenat house from Ib Laursen plenty of classic Christmas charm. The house is made of stoneware with a beautiful, lively glaze that highlights the small details of the facade. The dark roof, the brown door and the cream-colored windows pair beautifully with the red and green Christmas colours, making the house look like a little home from a cozy Christmas village.

The house is designed for tea lights, which let a warm glow shine through the many small windows. An LED tea light can of course also be used and is an easy solution when you want the house to light up during the dark December hours.

The Stillenat houses are small enough to create Christmas coziness almost anywhere. Place this house on its own on a windowsill, on a shelf or among the Christmas decorations on a dresser. The small Christmas tree by the facade means the house already has its own decoration and therefore doesn’t need much around it.

You can also collect several of Ib Laursen's ceramic houses and build your own little Christmas village. Place moss under the houses, gently sprinkle with artificial snow and add small fir trees or other winter decorations. When lights appear in the windows of several different houses, a small atmospheric winter scene quickly forms. New Stillenat houses are added continuously, so the collection can grow with new facades and little Christmas stories from year to year.
