Krukke i pileflet

The round, full shape gives this woven pot from Ib Laursen a decorative look reminiscent of a classic vase. The pot has a handcrafted feel, featuring a tight weave made entirely from willow and a wide, gently flared opening at the top. The natural color tones and texture of the willow add warmth to the interior and make the pot attractive both with and without contents.

The pot measures 30 cm in height and 26 cm in diameter. Its generous height makes it ideal for storing long items that can otherwise be difficult to keep together. Use it, for example, for rolls of wrapping paper in the office or craft room, or find other creative uses around the home.

The vase-shaped form also makes it decorative with flowers and branches. Fill it with dried flowers, artificial flowers, tall grasses or long decorative branches to create a loose arrangement with plenty of natural texture. The pot does not have a plastic lining and is therefore not waterproof. If you want to use fresh flowers, place a separate waterproof vase/cylindrical glass or container inside the pot.

The warm willow pairs beautifully with ceramics, wood, linen and other natural materials. Place the pot on the floor, a low stool or a larger table, and let its rustic weave become a visible part of your home decor.
