40-LED Outdoor String Lights

When your Christmas decorations need small points of light without other motifs around the LED bulbs themselves, this simple string lights from Ib Laursen is a great choice. The string has 40 small LED lights distributed along a fine wire that almost disappears among the decorations. The result is a light, understated look where the small warm points of light are allowed to be the decorative element.

The string lights are 420 cm long, so there is plenty of length to work with. Twist it around branches, the fir tree and wreaths, place it in a glass jar or basket, or use it to add light between decorations on a sideboard and in the windowsill. The fine wire also makes it easy to distribute the 40 LED lights among the tree’s branches.

For a Christmas village or gnome landscape the simple string lights are especially useful. Thread it between small trees and houses, use it as background lighting, or let it form a glowing sky above the scene. Because there are no stars, snowballs or other figures around the lights, it’s easy to integrate without drawing attention away from the rest of the display.

The string lights have an outdoor battery box with a built-in timer function. When the timer is activated, the 40 LED lights are on for 6 hours, after which they automatically turn off for 18 hours. The string then turns on again at the same time the next day.
