Twisted Vulture Tree

There’s really no reason to look for small, chirping songbirds in this tree! Here it’s the vultures that have claimed a vantage point, and they seem to be waiting for something very specific. Twisted Vulture Tree stands with its sturdy, twisted trunk and long, bare branches stretching out in all directions. The dark birds sit silently and scan Spooky Town, as if keeping an eye on who will be the next to come to a bad end. Maybe they’ve already picked out their next meal? In any case, it’s not a tree you’d want to sit under for a little break!

Twisted Vulture Tree from Lemax Spooky Town is a large, spooky miniature tree with a strong, twisted trunk whose bark resembles a tangle of intertwined roots and branches. The dark brown surface has deep furrows that make the tree look old and almost petrified. The long, hooked branches are completely leafless, and perched among them are vultures with dark feathers and pale heads. The tree’s unusual shape gives it a dramatic silhouette that immediately attracts attention in a Halloween scene.

Place the tree by an old graveyard where the vultures can watch over the headstones, or position it along a lonely road leading up to a haunted mansion. It can also stand on a small rise in your Halloween forest, its bare branches towering above the surrounding vegetation. Combine it with skeletons, gravestones and other gnarled trees to create an area where even the birds warn that something dreadful is coming. But if the vultures suddenly start circling over your head, it might be time to find somewhere else to be!

Twisted Vulture Tree is part of the Lemax Spooky Town series.
