Silent Night tealight house with sled by the door

The tall, narrow format gives this Stillenat house from Ib Laursen its own special place in the little Christmas village. The red facade stretches over several floors with bright windows, and right up under the roof peak there is a pretty heart-shaped window. By the door stands a small sled with a Christmas present ready, as if someone has just come home with the last package of the year before Christmas Eve.

The house is made of stoneware with a lively glaze that gives the colors and details a rustic expression. The brown door, the light window frames and the dark heart-shaped window break up the classic Christmas-red facade, while the sled and the package add the little Christmas story that makes the Stillenat houses so cozy to explore.

Place a tealight or an LED tealight in the house, and let the light shine out through the many windows. The extra height means the lit windows are nicely distributed up the facade, so the house is also decorative on its own in a windowsill, on a shelf or among Christmas decorations on a sideboard.

Together with the lower Stillenat houses, the narrow house provides good variation in a Christmas village. Place the houses on moss, sprinkle a light layer of artificial snow around them and add small fir trees. With different heights, facades and colors the Christmas landscape becomes more lively, and when new Stillenat houses are added, the little town can grow from year to year.
